Girls on the Run Memphis is thrilled to welcome Molly Barker to the 901 ahead of our Empowered Giving Circle fundraising event March 30th! Molly will be speaking about her incredible journey and how she overcame the challenges in her way on Sunday, March 30th at the Annesdale Mansion. While the event is free to attend, it serves as a fundraiser and information session for the GOTR Memphis Empowered Giving Circle, a group of community champions that make a significant annual or monthly contribution to GOTR Memphis. 

GOTR is honored to have so many organizational partnerships throughout the 901. One partnership we want to highlight in particular is UTHSC, a university that has helped GOTR soar to new heights! We are proud to be recognized as a #TheSPARKAwards24 honoree. The Spark Award -produced by @cityCurrent and @wknotv- celebrates the efforts of individuals and organizations who are igniting change and making a positive impact in the Greater Memphis community.  

The Adopt-A-Team program is a new initiative for GOTR Memphis as of Fall 2024 that encourages folks in the community to commit to helping out a Girls on the Run site by providing snacks, swag, and support to the whole team. Throughout the season, wonderful Team Managers help make sure every girl in our program thrives. Read more about two of our "adopted" sites below!
