Recapping Unstoppable Us for Fall 2025!

Unstoppable Us is a girl-driven fundraising program that is completely optional for all Girls on the Run participants. If they choose, girls can raise money for the GOTR Memphis Scholarship Fund across the last three-to-four weeks of the season, collecting in-person or online donations through an individualized fundraising link. While this movement has been around for Girls on the Run International for a while, GOTR Memphis just began implementing it this past spring, raising enough money in our first go round to sponsor a whole entire team!

We’ve been completely blown away by the energy our girls have for giving back to this program and their community, helping us make sure no girl gets turned away from GOTR for an inability to pay. This fall, more than double the number of girls decided to participate in Unstoppable Us compared to the spring, and a whopping twenty girls raised over $100 and qualified for shiny pink or gold capes at the GOTR 5K. Overall, over $3,400 was raised to help folks participate fully in the next season…That’s two whole teams of over ten girls!

We want to take a moment to shout out all the girls who raised money for the Scholarship Fund and the sites that hosted them. Read the complete list below and know that all the Mountain Movers in bold added that new cape to their GOTR closet:
