Zoey Huff
Introducing Our Camp GOTR Intern: Zoey Huff!
Hello everyone! My name is Zoey Huff, and I’m so excited to begin my role as the CAMP GOTR Intern! I’m currently a graduating senior at the University of Memphis, majoring in Health Science with a minor in Educational Psychology & Research. I am a proud member of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and during my collegiate years at the University of Memphis, I served as a student leader working with both the Student Affairs and Admissions departments.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I had the opportunity to participate in Girls on the Run during my elementary school years. Those experiences played a huge role in shaping who I am today. Being surrounded by encouraging coaches and supportive peers taught me the importance of confidence, community, and believing in myself, lessons that have stayed with me throughout my journey.
Now, it feels incredibly full circle to be part of an organization that once meant so much to me. I’m especially excited to help plan an amazing program for our young girls here in Memphis and to watch everything come together this summer. I look forward to supporting our campers, learning from the GOTR team, and contributing to an experience that empowers girls to grow strong inside and out.
Thank you for welcoming me into the GOTR community. I can’t wait to get started!
