Now Recruiting: Join the Girls on the Run Memphis Board of Directors!

Do you believe every girl deserves the confidence, connection, and tools to thrive? Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back while putting your lived experiences and professional skills to good use? Girls on the Run Memphis is excited to announce we’re recruiting 4–6 new individuals to join our Board of Directors!

GOTR Memphis recently held its largest 5K ever this past November, with over 600 people coming out to run, walk, and support at Overton Park and celebrate all our girls accomplished this past season. The success of our 5K would not have been possible without our fantastic community partners and volunteers who work throughout the season to plan, set-up, and execute a fun, efficient, and safe event. This season, we’re preparing to add three new sites to the GOTR Memphis family, and this kind of growth in access requires growth in personnel to make sure it shines. Volunteering is more important now than ever.
