We are less than ONE WEEK away from registration opening for fall programming here at Girls on the Run Memphis. This season is already shaping up to be one of the best yet for a variety of reasons. Read on to learn a little bit more about the exciting things we have in store for participants, sites, and volunteers this fall! 

This season, we’re preparing to add three new sites to the GOTR Memphis family, and this kind of growth in access requires growth in personnel to make sure it shines. Volunteering is more important now than ever.

Did you know that volunteering has been shown to increase endorphins and lower stress levels? When you volunteer with Girls on the Run, you can make a difference in the lives of girls in our community.

In a time when young girls often grapple with self-doubt and insecurity, a special program is rewriting the script for empowerment. Girls on the Run Memphis is a guiding light for girls seeking inner strength, and it owes much of its magic to dedicated volunteer coaches.

 As it reaches its fifth anniversary, Girls on the Run (GOTR) Memphis is excitedly welcoming coaches and program participants for the upcoming Fall 2023 season.

Choose an after-school program that inspires your girl to be joyful, healthy and confident. Girls on the Run Memphis is a fun, empowering, transformative curriculum which creatively integrates running for 3rd-8th graders.
